Check this out. An old BigBeat OST tune. It's a bit lacking in details(shallow and repetitive). Maybe can give some inspiration on electronic metal, who knows. It's also a remaster I made to fix shitty freq balance in original. And added some more transients.

I don't know guitar terms so I don't know what to search for to translate from russian to english.
It's when in metal the player hits the string it has that more noisy sound at the very beginning. Like if you would say "chooooooooooo", then the very initial "ch" I meant, so in your case the "ch" felt missing.
